Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Stack Signal ("we", "us") collects when you visit news.aistacksignal.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: you can read the Site without an account, and we don't sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

When you browse. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes basic technical data so it can deliver pages and keep the Site secure. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the referring page and the date and time. This data is kept in server logs for a limited time.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Newsletter (when available). If we launch an email newsletter and you sign up, we will collect your email address to send it to you. Every email will include an unsubscribe link. We will update this policy before that starts.

What we don't do. The Site has no user accounts, no comments and no payment forms. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and our fonts and images are served from our own host. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics or advertising in the future, we will update this page first.

2. How we use information

• to deliver the Site and keep it running and secure;
• to understand, in general terms, which pages are useful;
• to reply to your messages;
• to meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as our hosting provider and, in future, an email service), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Links to other sites

Our stories link to news outlets, company pages, apps and social networks such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. When you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Server logs are deleted on our hosting provider's normal schedule. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example in Texas, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email support@aistacksignal.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

7. Children

The Site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site grows. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
