These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of news.aistacksignal.com and related pages (the "Site"), run by AI Stack Signal ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site publishes short summaries of artificial intelligence news, tools and tips, along with links to original sources and to our videos. It is free to read. It is meant for general information only. Please also read our Disclaimer.

2. Using the Site

You may read, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • copy or republish our content in bulk, or present it as your own;
  • scrape, mirror or overload the Site in a way that harms its operation;
  • try to break into, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its hosting;
  • use the Site for anything unlawful.

Quoting a short excerpt with a link back to the original page is welcome.

3. Our content

The summaries, page design, logo, graphics and videos on the Site belong to AI Stack Signal or are used with permission. The names, logos and trademarks of other companies and products mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse us or that we endorse them.

4. Other websites

We link to news articles, company announcements, apps and tools run by other people. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability. Using them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

5. Sponsored content

We may in the future show sponsored listings, ads or affiliate links. Anything paid for will be clearly marked as sponsored. Sponsorship does not change how we report on a story.

6. Copyright concerns

We write our summaries in our own words and link to the original reporting. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email support@aistacksignal.com with the page link, the work you believe is infringed, and your contact details. We will review it and remove or fix material where appropriate.

7. No warranty

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise that it will be error-free, complete, current or always available. AI products, prices and features change quickly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Stack Signal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, money or profits, that comes from your use of the Site or of any tool, service or website we mention or link to. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to US $100.

9. Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
